Simple Sourdough

THIS AIN’t NO WEDDING

You might have noticed on the ‘gram that I’ve made some bread of late.

The first video was a 60 second crash course in making your first loaf of sourdough, the second was a bit more arty.

Anyway, providing you can get your hands on some bread flour, it’s really easy, cheap and delicious and I highly recommend you get stuck in too.

The recipe I use is from the Baking You Better Blog and has worked a treat for me.
